Texas Toast was formed in the Spring of 2002. Two friends, James Gregory and Kevin Johnson wanted to play together. James had never played and well, Kevin was a hot shot. Kevin has since moved on to bigger things. People ask "where did you come up with "Texas Toast"? Well, while there are other teams like Texas Tornados and Dallas Thunder, I figured our name should reflect our attitude. Although we like to play hard during game time and practice to get better as a team; we are all about getting out there and having fun. No one should take our team very seriosly. Who would take Texas Toast seriously? Fortunately, our team has evolved into more than just a group of guys that meet on game day to play a game. We all became friends and genuinely have respect for one another. Sometimes it feels like family. Now, there are some that might seem like that brother that gets on everyone's nerves, however he's still OUR brother none the less. We invite you all to come out and give us some support.
